Hi everyone! It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Time to continue with the Christmas 2026 Collection from The Greetery! This year’s collection is called District Twelve/25 and it’s MAGIC! There are so many new products! They are, as you would expect, classy and beautiful! It’s a huge release and this year Betsy decided to do something a little different with the release! We are week three now! And there are two more to come!
To quote Betsy: “We’re taking more of a bite-sized, slowed-down approach to our holiday release, but one that I am really excited about! We have 30+ new products waiting in the wings. For the past seven years, we have done one large, somewhat overwhelming (for me at least, and maybe for you too) release in October, and a smaller one in November. This year we’re taking a different approach… Beginning next week (today!), we’ll be taking a 6 week “Shop Hop” through District Twelve25…a line-up of quaint and cozy “shops”, filled with holiday goodies. Each “shop” is a themed group of products. Each week we will visit one shop…”
Today is the first day of the THIRD week of the festivities! This week’s release is called Novelties and Nativities Collection! There’s a new duo of Treat Boxes (the Market Totes) and a new Nativity set. The entire design team and Betsy are sharing projects today. Then, this part of the new release will be available for shopping TOMORROW 10/29! Next week, we’ll do it all again. WOOHOOO! Ho ho ho indeed!
Today I’m sharing two projects made with the first set of new products. One Gift Card Holder/Treat Box and one card. The new items this week are more classic Christmas. But the new totes can be used for any occasion (I will have another project with the tote soon!) Betsy added to the Capsule Collection with a Nativity set. Perfect.

My first project for today features the brand new Market Tote Box! There are TWO Market Totes being released. This is the larger of the two. There is a mini one as well! The one I’ve used today is a good size and can hold a gift card, candies or another small present! It is so easy to make and you can use it for anything! I’m thinking birthday favors or shower placecard holders…SO many ideas. I used red and green and gold and made mine a Christmas gift!
You start making the Tote by die cutting two of the same die. Then you glue them together – SO easy! One of my favorite things to do with treat boxes is to “line” the inside of the box with gingham. So to do this I die cut a third piece using the gingham and glued it to the inside/back before I put the box together. Yay! I am also using the Teeny Tags Dies and Stamp set for this adorable tag.

Here is the gift card to match (coffee of course) so you can see the scale of the tote! The inside is vellum, instead of tissue paper, because it’s just a little bit thicker and fancier.
I used the Bold numbers dies in gold to add 25 and then I used the Holly Botanicut and the little bow from the Tote set. I added glitter and snow to the leaves and numbers and also white paint splatters.

My card for today features the brand new Capsule Nativity Scene dies that match up with the Capsule Collection! It’s simple and clean and perfect for the season. The sentiment is from the brand new Laid Back Holiday Stamp set! My finished card is an A2 card base covered in green stripes and then the featured dies. I used the previously released Capsule Holiday Borders to make a greenery border around the nativity scene.
I added some Juniper greenery at the bottom of the scene and then placed the sentiment on top of the greenery. I stamped the sentiment in brown ink and die cut it with the matching die. I used the traditional Christmas colors and woodgrain for the nativity.

Each week’s products will be available as an easy-to-shop bundle, but the products will also be available individually! Orders will ship immediately (within Greetery’s typical processing times) and will not be held/combined with subsequent releases. These are not limited edition products. Just like the other releases, if items sell out Greetery will restock them as quickly as possible!
