Hi everyone! It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Time for the Christmas Collection from The Greetery! This year’s collection is called District Twelve/25 and it’s MAGIC! There are so many new products! They are, as you would expect, classy and beautiful! It’s a huge release and this year Betsy decided to do something a little different with the release!
To quote Betsy: “We’re taking more of a bite-sized, slowed-down approach to our holiday release, but one that I am really excited about! We have 30+ new products waiting in the wings. For the past seven years, we have done one large, somewhat overwhelming (for me at least, and maybe for you too) release in October, and a smaller one in November. This year we’re taking a different approach… Beginning next week (today!), we’ll be taking a 6 week “Shop Hop” through District Twelve25…a line-up of quaint and cozy “shops”, filled with holiday goodies. Each “shop” is a themed group of products. Each week we will visit one shop…”
Today is the first day of the SECOND week of the festivities! This week’s release is called The Evergreen Collection! In my mind, it’s classic old vintage Christmas…. The entire design team and Betsy are sharing projects today. Then, this part of the new release will be available for shopping TOMORROW 10/22! Next week, we’ll do it all again. WOOHOOO! Ho ho ho indeed!
Today I’m sharing two cards made with the first set of new products. This new set of products is perfect for all the red and green(ery)! The new sets are called Bow-tique Holiday, Brimming Baskets, and Berry Bouquet! Stamps and dies and gorgeous products to make all those Christmas cards. My immediate thought was a Ralph Lauren Christmas. So for my cards I used natural tones, red and green, and a pretty plaid….

My first card today is a Christmas card that features the brand new Bow-tique Holiday stamps and dies! That giant gorgeous Christmas tree! Love! My finished card is an A2 kraft card base, layered with plaid paper from my stash…then a woodgrain layer. I stamped the big tree onto cream cardstock with red and green inks. I die cut it out with the matching die. I stamped the sentiment in red and also die cut that out. The bows are all die cut as well. You can leave them stamped and/or add the 3d bows.
For the oval background I die cut the oval from cream cardstock and then stamped the Hymn Sing background using Antique Linen distress ink – for a vintage look!

Here is a side shot of all my layers. I added gold pearls to the center of each red bow – again – so classic! I used foam tape to pop up all my layers. I also added snow paste to the tips of the branches – I love this look – so frosty and wintery!

My second card today features the brand new Brimming Baskets dies and embossing folder, and the brand new Berry Bouquet Builder dies…Oh, and those teeny tags/stamps too! My finished card is an A2 kraft card base. I layered on plaid and two different A2 arches. I stamped snowflakes onto the top layer and gently inked both layers…

The baskets look so realistic because of the embossing folder!! I love this look! Those greenery dies fit inside the basket so perfectly. I coated the greens with lots of chunky glitter to make it glisten like snow. I used the Regency Bow at the top!

Each week’s products will be available as an easy-to-shop bundle, but the products will also be available individually! Orders will ship immediately (within Greetery’s typical processing times) and will not be held/combined with subsequent releases. These are not limited edition products. Just like the other releases, if items sell out Greetery will restock them as quickly as possible!
