Hi there! Where is this week going? It sure is flying by so fast! Halloween Week! I have one more project and then I'm going to have to save all the other projects for next year…. Should I start now perhaps? Lol! I hope you're having a good week! Today I'm sharing some adorable ADORABLE treat wraps made with a die from Taylored Expressions. It came in the mail last week (just in time) and I sat down right away to make these! Candy treats are so much fun to make and these are super easy too!

I used the Pumpkin Treat Wrap Die to make lollipop treats! Bright orange, happy jack-o-lanterns with a sweet surprise in the middle! I used pretty orange cardstock, distress ink blending, and cute twine. I was thinking – how could I use this shape for other things…. I think you could make them into Thanksgiving treats too – without to face! And maybe somehow make an easter treat? Maybe some bunny ears? I'll get the wheels turning on that. I used Dum Dum pops for the treats, but the Hershey Nuggets would work great too! The space inside is pretty large… Anyhoo…. On with the photos!
The die is all one solid piece to make wrap. Then there is an overlay piece and a stem piece. It comes together so easy. I was able to make four on one sheet of cardstock. You just cut and fold the wrap, add the over lay and the stem! I stamped the face using my MISTI for a nice dark impression. The die has holes already cut out in it for the twine to come through. No gluing it together!
I splattered on some white ink to make it look festive. On the stem I used a Copic marker to add shading and then white gel pen and some TE Tiny Diamonds! You could jazz it up as much or as little as you want!
I also added a button when I tied the twine together. I glued on a little halloween banner too!
I used two shades of Distress Ink and TE Blender Brushes to add depth of color to the tops of the pumpkins! I think it makes it look so good when you die cut – to add just a pop of ink for more pizazz. These oranges blended together beautifully. So warm and rich.

I used a piece of foam tape on the bottom to keep the lollipop from sliding around. Here's the side view so you can see how it goes together. The twine keeps it all tight.
Here's my little pumpkin patch! Aren't they adorable? SUCH a fun project!

Hello Wanda 🙂 Your makes are always adorable and color perfection! I was wondering about something and I thought I bet Wanda would know ! I’ve got a cute IO stamp of a cup of hot chocolate with some marshmallows in it. Would you know what color Copic markers would be good to color the marshmallows? I have a few “E” colors.
