The challenge for this time around is making embellishments with stamps. I do this a lot, so this was right up my alley. For my challenge card I made flower embellishments using the gorgeous Basic Grey/Hero Arts stamp set called Luscious Bold Flowers! (My link list is at the bottom of my post). I had so much fun stamping and cutting, and distressing…
Here's a side view of my finished flower embellishments. You know I had to add some BLING to it! I hardly ever work with purple, but these flowers reminded me of pretty hibiscus blooms….
This is a Hero Arts sentiment stamp, in brown, to match the backgroung image….
I layered a couple of the flowers together for this one. Did you notice that the leaves are flower petals stamped in green?? You can do this with a lot of flower stamps….and it all matches!
The process is always kind of messy….

Hi Wanda, As always love your card! I was also wondering what is the center of the large flower just above the sentiment? I haven’t seen chalk ink demonstrated before. Love how it has the somewhat faded appearance, will have to add it to my wish list at SSS. Hope you have a great weekend!
